Dr. Aubrey Escobar is a theologian, somatic practitioner, and embodied leadership educator whose work sits at the intersection of Christian contemplative tradition, Black somatic practice, and the theology of incarnation. She holds a doctorate in practical theology and has spent more than a decade working with women in ministry and organizational leadership.
Sacred Grounding is the practice she developed out of her own experience of leading from an empty vessel — and the long, slow work of finding her way back to her body as a site of wisdom, prayer, and renewal. It is not a program she designed. It is a practice she discovered, and has spent years learning how to teach.
She is warm, direct, and deeply serious about the work. She does not promise easy answers. She does promise to stay in the room with you while you find your own.

You don't need to have read the argument to walk through the door. But if you want to understand why the practice is what it is, the framework is there waiting.
