The Stretch & Spark community is a gathering of women leaders who are committed to wholeness as a way of leading — and who know that the practice is stronger in company.
It is not a social media group. It is not a newsletter list. It is a community of practice — a circle of women who are doing the work of Sacred Grounding together, with accountability, with support, and with the shared understanding that wholeness is not a solo project.
Members come from across the spectrum of Christian leadership: pastors, nonprofit directors, denominational leaders, ministry founders, chaplains, and educators. What they share is a commitment to leading from the inside out.
The community is open to any woman who has participated in a Sacred Grounding workshop or cohort, or who has been referred by a current member.
A live virtual practice session each month, led by Dr. Escobar or a guest practitioner. Recorded for members who cannot attend live.
A growing archive of guided somatic prayer sequences, embodied reflection prompts, and leadership practices — available to members at any time.
A private, moderated space for members to share, ask questions, and support one another in the practice. Not a social media platform — a circle.
Quarterly in-person and virtual gatherings for the full community. A chance to practice together, hear from Dr. Escobar, and meet fellow members.
Community members receive early notification and priority registration for workshops, cohort applications, and Alchemist's Table invitations.
A monthly letter from Dr. Escobar — reflections on the practice, the theology, and the work of leading from wholeness. Sent only to community members.
The most common path into the community is through a workshop or cohort. If you have participated in a Sacred Grounding offering, you are eligible to join.
If you have not yet participated in an offering but feel called to the community, reach out. We will find the right entry point together.
"Wholeness is not a destination. It is a practice. And practices are stronger in community."
