Three ways to enter the practice of Sacred Grounding — each designed for a different depth of commitment and a different season of leadership.
Single-day and weekend immersions in somatic prayer and embodied leadership. Workshops are the entry point — a first encounter with the practice, held in a group setting with space for movement, reflection, and community.
Each workshop is built around a central theme drawn from the Sacred Grounding framework: breath as prayer, the body as text, rest as resistance, or leading from the inside out.
Workshops are open to women in Christian leadership at all stages — whether you are new to somatic practice or have been in it for years.
A six-month cohort for women leaders who are ready to build a sustained embodied practice. This is not a workshop — it is a commitment. Small group. Deep work. Lasting change.
Each cohort moves through the four pillars of Sacred Grounding over six months: somatic prayer, embodied leadership, wholeness as vocation, and the body as scripture. The work is done in community, with accountability, and with ongoing support from Dr. Escobar.
Cohorts are limited to twelve participants. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
A curated gathering for senior women leaders. Intimate, intensive, and by invitation. The Alchemist's Table is for those who have already done significant inner work and are ready to go deeper — in community with a small circle of peers.
Each gathering is different. The format, location, and focus are shaped by the needs of the group. What remains constant: the commitment to wholeness, the depth of the work, and the quality of the company.
